The mosaic-covered sculpture is composed of two interconnected pieces of a human head: one seen in profile and the other frontally in an abstract manner, and a third piece as a base, which almost acts as a shadow, symbolizing the multifaceted nature of the human. It represents the face we show to others, one that is our true nature and the truth that always follows us. In this work, viewers are invited to reflect on their own vulnerabilities, aspirations, and hidden emotions. This piece was part of the VI edition of "GAeM- Giovanni Artisti e Mosaico" an exhibition and prize organized by Museum of Art Ravenna (MAR) as part of the 8° Contemporary Mosaic Biennale in Ravenna.

"DESTRUCTION OF ONESELF, FOR THE DESIRE OF ACCEPTANCE" (2023)
The name of this sculpture is self-explanatory – a commentary on the social norms inflicted on us. The action of the pieces being put together in a way is what builds a person's character, one step at a time. This artwork depicts the pains of growing up and what a child must go through as they enter adulthood, thus resembling a children’s toy. The need and desire to be accepted, thus hiding one's true thoughts, joys, and interests in order to do so.

"UNUSAL FORMS OF THE UGLY 1" (2021)
"Unusual Forms of the Ugly" is a six-part mosaic series that delves deep into the complex realm of human psychology and fascination with the diversity of people. Through abstract representations of portraits, this collection explores the intricacies of our obsession with the human form's uniqueness and irregularity. Each piece serves as a mirror to our innate curiosity, confronting the idea that our perceptions of beauty are inherently subjective. By highlighting the differences between individuals, it challenges the conventional standards of aesthetics and urges us to embrace the unconventional. Because even the ugly sometimes is beautiful.

SLEEPING FIGURES (2022 - 2023)
Presenting the characters in this dreamy state is almost abstract and highly geometric, with simple shapes that subtly evoke human yearnings through dominant plays of competing contrasting colors. This series represents exploring the soul and the subconscious in its most intimate, personal form – while sleeping.

LARGE FIGURES (2022)
These artworks are contemporary pieces made in a traditional manner. Dobrevska’s manner of work is instinctive, relying only on critical thinking and fast-paced work. This method leaves little doubt and more subconscious decision-making. Only starting with a general idea - primarily a sketch, the colors remain a mystery till the end.

"Lost connection"
Glass paste, marble, ceramics, cement mortar, wedi board. (144x83cm)
This project was made in the spirit of Ravenna’s antique mosaic tradition and teachings. With the traditional method of production, “metodo diretto sul suporto provisirio,” as well as the infamous “cartone”, the initial sketch is a preparatory drawing done with color from which the mosaic is based on. Depicted is yet another figure, almost lost in the vibrating emulated brushstrokes, inviting you as the viewer to look deeper and find your own meaning.
